Chris Lucas currently stands as one of the best lacrosse players to have played at Hampden-Sydney, standing second in the program’s record books for both career goals (163) and career points (232). He earned First Team All-ODAC honors four times and was three times named an All-American while leading the Tigers to three NCAA Tournament appearances and an ODAC Championship in 2001. Lucas also has the second, 12th, and 17th best single-season marks for Tiger goal scorers. Additionally, his 69 career assists are fourth best in school history, and his 168 groundballs are tenth.
