Separately, sign-ups will begin on 8/27 for an IM Kickball league and the rules can be found here. All participants must have an IMLeagues account and join the team on IMLeagues.com. Once you have an account you can set up a team or make a request to a team manager to join a team. Sign-ups end on 9/10 and league play will begin on 9/14.

Forming an Intramural Team
A good way to get involved in team sports is to form a team on your own: You and a couple of friends, or perhaps the suite or floor of your residence hall or the neighbors in your dorm. Student organizations such as fraternities and clubs, as well as other campus groups often put together teams. Ask at your organization's next group meeting or contact your RA. The following sports will play in a league format which will include a multi-week season and end-of-season tournament.
Fall
Normally we would have Flag Football and Soccer league play in the fall. Due to Covid regulations, we will have a kickball league this fall.
Spring
Normally we would have Basketball and Softball league play in the spring and a Sand Volleyball tournament. These are on hold right now, we will update the list later with our plans for spring play.
One – Day tournaments
Normally throughout the school year there may be one-day tournaments in a variety of sports and activities, such as 3-on-3 basketball, darts, ultimate Frisbee, chess, FBS Bowl Challenge, NCAA Bracket Challenge, and gaming. Gaming tournaments may include Fifa, Madden, and Fortnite. One – Day tournament offerings will be based on student interest. Due to Covid regulations, we have modified the format this year and are hosting the Gentlemen's Cup. See link above for more information, but we will have the following one-day competitions this fall: Punt, Pass, and Kick, Softball Home Run Derby, and Long Drive Championship.
Individual/Dual Sports
If sports for one or for you and a partner are what you're looking for, then try any one of our individual or dual sports ladders. Ladders are all about participation, the more games you play the better opportunity you have to win. In the Gentlemen's Cup this fall, we have ladder tournaments in Chess, Ping Pong, Billiards, Volleyball and a ladder-style 3-point shootout. We will also host a road 5k and trail 5k later this fall. Check the Gentlemen's Cup link above for more information.
How to Register
Once you have put a squad together, you will need to register. The key here is to REGISTER EARLY! So, when you do register? Create an account on IMLeagues and check our Intramural Sports schedule for each semester. Also, talk your RA and watch for flyers for what is available. You will register for most sports online. Just one person for your team will need to sign-up.
Eligibility
No student, faculty, or staff member may play on more than one team per sport. A participant who violates this rule will be ineligible to participate in a minimum of their original team's next scheduled game; the second team the violator played for will forfeit all games in which the violator participated. All participants must be on a team's official roster, located on the team roster on IMLeagues. Failure to be on an official roster will result in that team forfeiting the game. Any participant must complete a liability waiver before competing in a league game.
