HAMPDEN-SYDNEY, Va. -- Hampden-Sydney College has earned the No. 3 seed in the 2025 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Men's Tennis Tournament and will host No. 6 seed Randolph College on Wednesday, April 30, at 11 a.m. at the H-SC Tennis Courts.

The Tigers under head coach Byron Balkin completed this season with a 13-7 record and a 7-2 record in the ODAC. H-SC fell in the quarterfinal last season to No. 1 seed and ODAC champions Washington and Lee University.

Randolph has an overall record of 9-6 and is 5-4 in the ODAC. This will be the second match-up between the two sides, with H-SC defeating the WildCats 4-3 on the road on March 26.

Washington and Lee (14-6, 9-0) claimed the top seed and will take on No. 8 seed Lynchburg (8-7, 3-6). Averett University (13-4, 8-1) claimed the two seed and will take on No. 7 seed Guilford (NC) College (6-10, 4-5). No. 4 seed Shenandoah University (11-6, 6-3) plays No. 5 seed Virginia Wesleyan University (9-9, 6-3). Each quarterfinal match will take place on Wednesday, April 30, at the higher seed.

The ODAC Semifinals and Championship will take place on May 3-4 at the Outdoor Tennis Courts at Washington and Lee. The semifinals take place on Saturday, May 3, at 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., while the ODAC championship is tabbed for Sunday, May 4, 1 p.m. With a win over Randolph, H-SC would take on the winner of Averett and Guilford in the semifinals.
