H-SC is 21-4 overall, finishing 14-2 in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC), and remains among the Top 10 for the 10th consecutive ranking. The Tigers have won 11 of their last 12 games overall.

Wesleyan (CT) University (25-0) is ranked first again this week with 623 points, including 24 first-place votes, followed by New York University (23-1, 593) at No. 2, the University of Wisconsin-Platteville (23-2, 584, 1) at No. 3, the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse (21-4, 522) at No. 4, fellow ODAC member Randolph-Macon College (22-3, 503) at No. 5, Trinity (CT) College (22-3, 496) at No. 6, H-SC at No. 7, Christopher Newport University (21-4, 441) at No. 8, Tufts (MA) University (21-4, 389) at No. 9 and St. John's (MN) University (22-3, 359) at No. 10. ODAC member Roanoke College (21-4, 162) is ranked No. 19 this week, while Virginia Wesleyan University (1) is still receiving a vote in the poll. The Tigers own two wins past RMC earlier this season by scores of 84-77 (11/13/24, Home) and 79-72 (12/7/24, Away) for two of the Yellow Jackets' three losses, won on the road at CNU (74-71, 11/19/24) and defeated Roanoke at home (85-80, 12/4/24), as well.
