ST. SIMONS ISLAND, Ga. -- The second round of the 54-hole Jekyll Island Collegiate Invitational being played at the King and Prince Golf Club on St. Simons Island, Georgia was suspended due to darkness on Saturday. The nationally-ranked No. 25 Hampden-Sydney College Golf team is among 15 teams, half of the 30-team field, that will return to the course early on Sunday, March 24, to complete round two before beginning and finishing the third and final round, as well. The Tigers were four-over par as a team through 11-13 holes in the second round before the suspension of play, tied for ninth-best on a day that also included two weather delays.
