HAMPDEN-SYDNEY, Va. -- No. 4 seed Hampden-Sydney College will play No. 1 seed the University of Lynchburg in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Men's Soccer Semifinals on Wednesday, November 6 at 7 p.m. at Shellenberger Field. This will be the second meeting this season, as Lynchburg took a 2-0 win on October 23 in Lynchburg.

Tickets will be sold online through HomeTown Ticketing. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 5-17, and free for students of participating colleges as well as children under five.
Lynchburg comes into the semifinal on the heels of a 2-0 win over eighth-seeded Eastern Mennonite University. The Hornets are 11-2-4 this season and the 24th-ranked team in the United Soccer Coaches poll. Lynchburg has won four straight and is unbeaten in its last 10 games, with the last loss coming on the road at Virginia Wesleyan University on September 28.
H-SC comes into the semifinal after a thrilling 2-1 win over fifth-seeded Roanoke College. The Tigers are 9-5-3 this season and have won seven of their last 10 games.
This is the third straight season that H-SC and Lynchburg will play in the ODAC Men's Soccer Tournament. The Tigers got the better of the Hornets in the ODAC Quarterfinals in 2022 with a 1-0 win, but Lynchburg took a 3-0 win in the 2023 ODAC Quarterfinals.
