Box Score LYNCHBURG, Va. -- Hampden-Sydney College closed out the regular season with a 9-0 win over Randolph College in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) action, Friday evening at the Randolph Tennis Courts.

Sophomore Barrett Foster (Virginia Beach) and freshman Casey Coffey (Midlothian) led off the match in top doubles action with an 8-2 victory. Sophomore Taylor Fox (Virginia Beach) and his partner freshman Dillon McReynolds (Abingdon) had their match go into tiebreakers, before taking the match 8(7)-7(4). In the final double clash, sophomore Henry Singleton (Richmond) and freshman Tanner Allison (Midlothian) claimed a commanding victory 8-0.

In singles action, Foster fell behind early, dropping the first set in the top singles match 6-1, before taking a 7-5 victory in set two and winning the final set to take a 1-6, 7-5, 1-0. In the second singles match, McReynolds dropped the first set 6-3, before taking a commanding 6-0 victory in set two to even the match, before winning the final set to take the match 3-6, 6-0, 1-0. Singleton took a 6-0, 6-0 victory and Fox took a 6-0, 6-2 win in the third and fourth singles matchups. Freshman John Glassner (Charlotte, NC) grabbed a 6-2, 6-3 victory, and senior Patrick Conde (Virginia Beach) closed out singles action with a 6-0, 6-1 win.

The Tigers will be back in action for the ODAC Quarterfinals on Wednesday, April 26. The opponent and time are yet to be determined and will be updated on hscathletics.com when announced.
