The Tigers
H-SC is led by 18th-year head coach Jeff Kinne, who is the winningest coach in program history (343-300-6). He led the Tigers to the 2005 NCAA Division III World Series in Appleton, Wisconsin, the program's only appearance in the Division III Championship Series, finishing a school-record 27-15 that also included ODAC Tournament and NCAA South Regional Championships. A three-time ODAC Coach of the Year (2005, 2007, 2010) and the 2005 American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Division III South Region Coach of the Year, Kinne has developed the Tiger baseball program into a consistent contender.

The Tigers return three seniors among 24 lettermen, including three position starters, along with two starting pitchers. Top returners include senior first baseman Nick Grohowski/Chesterfield (.393, 5 2Bs, 13 RBIs), classmate and third baseman Ryan Clawson/Moseley (.275, 2 HRs, 11 RBIs), sophomore infielder Ryan Boyce/Suffolk (.390, 7 RBIs), along with junior right-handed pitchers Trenton Tiller/Powhatan (3-1, 193 ERA, 21K) and Nick Graziano/Virginia Beach (1-1, 3.32 ERA, 15K).

Coach Kinne is assisted this season by Robbie Bailey '10, Billy Catron, J.R. Allen and Jonathan Triesler '20. The coaching staff has added 17 freshmen to the 2021 roster.

2021 Team Captains
