Colin Hallman (Cornelius, NC), who put it across the face of goal for Tyler to head home his first career goal. The Tigers made it five unanswered in the first half when freshman
Nate White (Virginia Beach) banged home a free kick from distance for his first career goal, and made it 5-0 going into halftime.
H-SC kept the offense rolling in the second half, as Tyler put home the rebound from Trujillo's shot in the 76th minute to push the lead to six. The Tigers wrapped up the scoring in the 88th minute, as Trujillo found the run of sophomore
Ubaid Wasi (Meherrin), who took a dribble around the goalie and passed the ball into the open net for the goal, securing a 7-0 win for the Tigers.

Stig Larson (Richmond) got the start in net for the Tigers, playing the first 45 minutes and making one save. Senior
Daniel Beb (Woodbridge) played the second half and also made one save to help secure the shutout.
The Tigers will be back in action when they play host to William Peace (NC) University on Friday, September 4. The game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at Hellmuth-Gibson Field.
