Colin Radcliffe (Richlands, NC) scored 14 points, to lead (RV)Hampden-Sydney College to a 97-61 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) men's basketball road win at Randolph College on Wednesday night in Lynchburg. Santana Lynch (Dallas, TX) each added 13 points for the Garnet & Grey. H-SC improved to 11-5 overall with its second consecutive win, and fourth victory in its last five games, while now 5-2 in the ODAC. Randolph dropped to 4-12 overall, 0-7 in the ODAC, and was led by Aveion Tucker with 15 points.

Britt led H-SC with his career-highs and game-highs of 17 points and seven rebounds, making 7-9 field goals and 3-3 free throws, adding two steals to equal his career-high along with one assist. Radcliffe added his 14 points for the Tigers, including 4-9 three-pointers. Peter Moye (Charlotte, NC) each contributed seven points with Bizzelle adding two steals. H-SC shot a season-high 61% (39-64) from the field, including 42% (10-24) on three-pointers, and 69% (9-13) at the free throw line for its season-high 97 points. The Tigers enjoyed a 52-32 advantage in points scored in the paint, and a 43-33 advantage in bench points.
Tucker led Randolph with his 15 points, adding three rebounds and three assists. The WildCats shot 39% (23-59) from the field, including 18% (5-28) on three-pointers, and 63% (10-16) at the line.
H-SC remains on the road at ODAC opponent Averett University on Friday evening, January 23, at 5 p.m. in Danville,
a contest re-scheduled to Friday due to the weather forecast for Saturday.
