Gavin Gregory (Suffolk) started and took the pitching setback for the host Tigers (3-7, 0-1) in the seven-inning, run-rule contest against the visiting Panthers (6-4, 1-0). It was the first ODAC game of the season.
H-SC scored one run on five hits with one error … scoring the lone run in the sixth inning. FC scored 12 runs on 15 hits with no errors … scoring one run in the first inning and 11 runs in the decisive sixth.

Jack Wilson (Petersburg) (1-3), moved to third on a ground ball double-play, and scored on an RBI single to left field by Arnold (2-3, RBI). The two-out hit and run scored provided for the final margin.
Masterson (2-3) collected the other two hits for the Garnet & Grey.
