2025 CSC Academic All-District® Men's Soccer Teams (PDF)
HAMPDEN-SYDNEY, Va. -- Senior forwards
Pierce Boerner (Midlothian) and
Walker Stebbings (Forest), along with sophomore
Colin Hallman (Cornelius, NC), have been named to the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Men's Soccer Academic All-District Team.
Boerner, a four-year member of the soccer program, posted a 3.61 GPA as a Psychology major. He played in all but one game this season, scoring four goals and tallying four assists. His 12 points from his goal and assist numbers place him second on the team. Over his four years, he has played in 74 games, making 29 starts, scoring 13 goals, and adding 11 assists. Pierce has been named to the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) All-Academic team once during the 2024-25 season.
Stebbings, a four-year member of the soccer program, excelled academically with a 3.92 GPA as a double major in Mathematics and Economics. He was the leading scorer this season for the Tigers with six goals while adding two assists for a team-high 14 points. Over his four years with the program, Stebbings has played in 47 games, making 30 starts, while scoring 11 goals and adding three assists. Walker has been named to the ODAC All-Academic Team in all eligible seasons and has been named Third Team All-ODAC in 2024 and First Team All-ODAC in 2025.
Hallman, a second-year member of the soccer program, has a 3.56 GPA as an Economics major. He started all 19 games he played this season, tallying three assists from a mixture of center back and fullback. During his first two seasons on the hill, Hallman has played in 37 games, making 36 starts, while tallying three assists. Colin has been named to the ODAC All-Academic Team during his only year of eligibility in the 2024-25 season.
An undergraduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale), and eligible nominees in men's soccer must compete in 90 percent of the institution's overall games played or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games.
The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
