Hampden-Sydney, VA—On Saturday at Johnny Ellis Field, the H-SC Rugby Football Club fell to VMI 47-19. The first half was a defensive showcase, with both teams able to halt any offensive momentum, and VMI entered halftime with a 7-0 lead. In the second half, the offenses surged as H-SC managed 3 tries by Doran Glass, Tristan Leidig, and Walker Clemans, with Leidig adding two conversions. However, VMI answered quickly and added 40 points to secure the win.

With this result, the Tigers now prepare for the playoff weekend on November 8th at Elon University.
