2010: Turner will again help anchor the talented Tiger back line ... One of the best players in the air, Turner wins nearly every header that comes his way ... He is an incredibly physical player who causes great problems for opponents’ offenses.  

Career: Started all 19 games as a defender, helping bolster one of the top defensive units in the nation last season that ranked 15th nationally in goals against average at 0.59 ... Shook off early season injuries to start in 16 games as a sophomore ... Was an integral part in the tough, talented Tiger defense ... Disrupted many offensive attacks at the center back position ... Started in all 18 of his appearances during his freshman campaign ... Earned second team All-ODAC and second team VaSID all-state honors ... Tallied one assist on the year.

High School/Club: Played four years at Benedictine High School ... Member of the 2006 State Championship squad ... A captain during his senior season, Turner was tabbed first team all-state and first team all-metro ... Also played two years of golf on the high school team ... Played one season for the Olympic Development District Team.
