HONORS AND AWARDS

• 2013 Second-Team All-State
• 2013 Second-Team All-ODAC 

2013 SEASON

• Experienced a breakout year as a junior, emerging as one of the starters on defense
• Helped guide the Tigers to the second lowest goals against average in the ODAC in the regular season
• Forced 25 turnovers, second on the team, and collected 53 ground balls, the most of any defenseman on the squad.

2012 SEASON

• Saw an increased role in his sophomore season, playing in 14 games
• Scooped up 21 ground balls
• Finished tied for third on the team in caused turnovers at 11.

2011 SEASON

• Played in seven games
• Collected seven groundballs and one caused turnover.

HIGH SCHOOL

• A three-sport athlete, Bowden played lacrosse, football and basketball at Collegiate School
• Earned All-Prep honors as a defenseman in lacrosse his senior season
• Also, Bowden played two years with Virginia Elite and made the All-Star team at Top 205 Lacrosse Camp in the summer of 2009
• Played defensive end in football and center in basketball.
