- Played three years of lacrosse, earning First-Team All-District and Honorable Mention All-Region
- Played four years on the football team as a cornerback
- State runner up, two-time Northern Region Champions, and four-time District Champions
- Two-year wrestler, finishing in the top eight in the region both years.

- Son of Erik Wilhelm and Clara Cavazos
- Has one brother, Dominic Cavazos, and two sisters, Savannah Wilhelm and Vivian Flores
- Father played soccer at Virginia Wesleyan.
