2015 SEASON
- Started all 16 games while playing 750 minutes between the pipes
- Boasted an 8.55 goals against average with 111 saves
- made a season-high 16 saves at Roanoke
- Also tallied at least 10 saves in six contests
- Finished his career fourth in Hampden-Sydney history in career saves with 423
2014 SEASON
- Held a firm grasp on the starting goalkeeper position, only missing 117 seconds of time in the cage
- Posted 177 saves, the fifth highest single-season total in H-SC history
- Posted 8 or more saves in 15 of 18 contests, including a season-high of 16 at Greensboro
2013 SEASON
- Stepped up as the starting goalkeeper in his second year
- Posted a goals against average of 7.62 with a 55.3% save percentage
- Posted seven or more saves in five games, including a season-best 13 against Virginia Wesleyan
- Made 11 saves in an upset win at Lynchburg College.
2012 SEASON
- Proved to be a strong asset as a goalkeeper, playing 168 minutes while also starting two games
- Played all 60 minutes in a close loss at Top-25 ranked Stevenson, allowing a mere nine goals while racking up 12 saves
- Also recorded five saves at Mary Washington at Guilford, and home against Roanoke.
UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE
- Transferred from the University of Delaware where he played in one fall ball game vs. Robert Morris.
HIGH SCHOOL
- 2011 All-American
- Three year player at Collegiate
- Recorded 630 career saves with a save percentage of 60%
- Team MVP in 2010 and 2011
- All-Prep from 2009-2011 and All-State in 2011
- Team was the 2011 Prep League Champions
- Played for Amped Lax under Coach Spotty Robins in the summer of 2010
- Played varsity soccer in 2009
- Stopped all three penalty kicks in a state quarterfinal shootout
- Soccer team was the 2009 Prep League champions and state finalists
- Played football in 2010, primarily as a linebacker and running back.
PERSONAL
- Son of David and Sue Noftsinger
- Has one brother, Ben, who is also a member of the H-SC lacrosse team
- Father graduated from Hampden-Sydney in 1981
- Cousin, Peter, is the second leading lacrosse scorer in University of Pennsylvania history
- Cousin, Sarah-Kate, was an All-ACC soccer player at Wake Forest and played professionally for the Washington Freedom.
WHY DID I CHOOSE H-SC?
- "I chose Hampden Sydney because the size of the school fit me perfectly, and its pretty close to home. My dad went here as well, so growing up I've been to many football games, and I'm used to the tradition."
