Noah Dowdy ’22 is in his first year at Hampden-Sydney College during 2021-22, serving as a student assistant coach on the defensive line.

Dowdy was a three-year team member with the Tigers (2018-21), starting three of 12 career games in the defensive secondary. He posted 13 total career tackles, including seven solo and six assists, with one career interception and one career fumble recovery. His best season came during his final campaign in 2019 when he started three of five games and registered 11 total tackles, including six solo and five assists, along with the interception (vs. Southern Virginia, February 27, 2021).

A native of Powhatan, Noah is majoring in foreign affairs with a minor in national security studies at H-SC. He is also enrolled in the Army ROTC program and will be commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant at graduation in May 2022.
