Biography

2011: Will resume his spot as the Tigers’ number one catcher.

2010: Started in all of his 32 appearances...Batted .310 and was second on the team in RBI with 30...Scored 29 runs...Hit eight doubles, two triples, and one homerun...Led the team defensively throwing out five baserunners.

2009: Had a solid sophomore campaign earning Honorable Mention All-ODAC and All-Tournament team honors...played in 33 games, starting in 29 while batting .348...hit six doubles and two triples while driving in 19 runs and scoring 26 of his own.

2008: As a freshman, Harrelson was one of the Tigers’ biggest threats at the plate in 2008...Led Hampden-Sydney with a .349 batting average while slapping 37 total hits, including five doubles and 15 RBI...His .396 slugging percentage was fifth-best on the Tiger roster...Tallied a .984 fielding percentage at first base.

High School: A three-year letterwinner under Coach Scooter Dunn at George Washington High School, Harrelson was named all-district and all-metro in each of his three varsity seasons, claiming Western Valley District Player of the Year honors in his senior year...Elected to the VHSL All-Star Game as a senior.
