Biography

2011: Will look to provide a solid bat in the lineup as designated hitter.

2010: Returning from injury, Caporale posted a 4.50 ERA on the mound in two appearances...Had 2.0 innings of work with one strikeout and one earned run...Also had success at the plate batting .400 in six appearances...had five at bats, one run scored, one RBI and one homerun.

2009:  Missed his freshman campaign due to injury.

High School: Although he played just one season of baseball at Mills Godwin High, Caporale was elected second team all-district after batting .426 with six home runs and 29 RBI...Was a two-year letterwinner on the hardwood, averaging 10.0 points and 9.0 rebounds-per-game.

Personal: Born February 5, 1990...Son of Thomas and Tammy Caporale...Has two siblings, Sean (24) and Alex (22).
