HAMPDEN-SYDNEY, Va. -- Hampden-Sydney College had nine different winners between singles and doubles as it took a 7-0 win over William Peace (NC) University on Wednesday evening at the H-SC Tennis Courts.

Casey Coffey (Midlothian) and sophomore
Emerson Rice (Columbia, SC) taking a 6-1 win in the top doubles slot. H-SC took the doubles point when sophomore
Jonathan Fogle (Midlothian) and freshman
Slade Funderburk (Camden, SC) won 6-2.

Landon Bivens (Lynchburg) opened singles action for the Tigers, taking a commanding 6-0, 6-0 win in the fifth slot. Sophomore
James Woerner (Kill Devil Hills, NC) secured the match victory for H-SC when he won 6-1, 6-0 in the fourth slot. Senior
Dillon McReynolds (Abingdon) cruised to a 6-0, 6-0 win in the second slot, while freshman
Ben Price (Charlotte, NC) grabbed a 6-3, 6-1 win in the third position. Junior
Thomas Davis (Charlotte, NC) was the final match to finish, and he took a 6-2, 6-0 win from the top position to secure the 7-0 win.

The Tigers will be back in action on Monday, March 9, when they start the spring break trip against Olivet Nazarene (IL) University in Orlando, Florida.
