Vince Luvara has announced the program's
2025 Team Captains, as elected by the Tigers. Serving in the leadership roles this season are senior linebacker
Robert Clarke (Atlanta, GA), senior wide receiver
Mason Cunningham (Arlington), senior safety
Markevus Graves-Franklin (Lynchburg), senior quarterback
Carter Sido (Dallas, TX), senior right guard
William Stimmel (Atlanta, GA) and sophomore left guard
Cash Topinka (Charlotte, NC). Clarke, Sido and Stimmel are each second-year captains, while Cunningham, Graves-Franklin and Topinka are each first-year captains.
"There is no greater honor in sports than being voted captain by your peers," said Luvara. "Each captain chosen is well-deserving and possesses exceptional leadership skills."
Robert Clarke is a fourth-year team member and returning starter at linebacker. He has started eight of 23 career games with 74 career total tackles, including 32 solo and 42 assists, 5.0 career tackles for loss, one career sack, two career pass breakups and two career fumbles recovered. Robert is the son of Tom and Jill Clarke.
Mason Cunningham is a fourth-year team member and returning starter at wide receiver. He has started 17 of 20 career games with 138 career receptions for 1,454 career receiving yards and 13 career receiving touchdowns. Mason is the son of John and Kristen Cunningham.
Markevus Graves-Franklin is a fourth-year team member and returning starter at safety. He has started five of 21 career games with 69 career total tackles, including 38 solo and 31 assists, 2.5 tackles for loss, one interception and one pass breakup. Markevus is the son of Mark Graves and Shalita Franklin.
Carter Sido is a fourth-year team member and returning starter at quarterback. He has started 11 of 17 career games and has completed 175-288 career passes (60.8%) for 2,150 career passing yards and 25 career passing touchdowns – adding 468 career rushing yards on 124 career rushing attempts and six career rushing touchdowns. Carter is the son of Chris Sido and Tova Sido.
William Stimmel is a fourth-year team member and returning starter on the offensive line. He has started 12 of 13 career games. William is the son of Carl and Claudia Stimmel.
Cash Topinka is a second-year team member and returning starter on the offensive line. He has started 10 of 10 career games. Cash is the son of Jeff and Melissa Topinka.
