HAMPDEN-SYDNEY, Va. -- Hampden-Sydney College is ranked No. 10 nationally in the week 13 D3hoops.com Top 25, the final poll of the regular season. The Tigers, ranked seventh last week, earned 377 points in this week's poll. H-SC is 21-5 overall, finishing 14-2 in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC), and remains among the Top 10 for the 11th consecutive ranking. The Tigers have won 11 of their last 13 games overall in advance of the upcoming NCAA Tournament.
New York University (24-1) is ranked first this week with 607 points, including nine first-place votes, while fellow ODAC member Randolph-Macon College (23-4, 469) is No. 6,
H-SC is No. 10, conference member Roanoke College (23-5, 160) is No. 20 and ODAC Tournament Champion Guilford (NC) College (22-6, 118) is No. 21 ... among the four league schools ranked this week.
H-SC has received an at-large invitation to the
2025 NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Championship, and was chosen as one of sixteen sites hosting first and second round competition on Friday and Saturday, March 7-8, in S. Douglas Fleet Gymnasium at Kirby Field House. The Tigers will welcome Bryn Athyn (PA) College in the first round on Friday, March 1, at 6:40 p.m.
