Barrett Foster (Virginia Beach) swept his matches to help Hampden-Sydney College take a 6-1 win over the University of Saint Joseph (CT) on Wednesday night.

Casey Coffey (Midlothian) and freshman
Landon Bivens (Lynchburg) secured the doubles point for H-SC in the third doubles slot, taking a 6-2 win. In the second doubles slot, seniors
Matt Kendrick (Birmingham, AL) and
John Kendrick (Birmingham, AL) fell 6-1.
Foster kept his winning ways going in singles action, starting off with a win in the top slot 6-2, 6-2. Freshman
Emerson Rice (Columbia, SC) grabbed a win in the third singles slot, winning the first set 6-2 and the second set 6-2. Senior
Henry Singleton (Richmond) took a dominant win in the fourth singles slot, winning the first set 6-0 and the second set 6-1. Freshman
Jonathan Fogle (Midlothian) took a win in the fifth singles slot with a 6-2, 6-4 scoreline, and
Matt Kendrick grabbed the win in the sixth slot with a 6-2, 6-2 scoreline. Junior
Dillon McReynolds was the final singles match in the second slot, where he dropped the first set 6-0 and fell in the second set 7-6.
The Tigers will be back in action on Thursday, March 13, when they play Connecticut College at 3 p.m. in Orlando, Florida.
