ORLANDO, FL -- Hampden-Sydney College earned wins in all singles and doubles matches to take a 7-0 victory over LaGrange (GA) College on Wednesday morning.

Jonathan Fogle (Midlothian) took a 6-1 win to open doubles action. Seniors
Matt Kendrick (Birmingham, AL) and
John Kendrick (Birmingham, AL) teamed up in the second doubles slot, taking down their opponent 6-0. The final doubles match saw senior
Nick Beaudoin (Norfolk) join freshman
Landon Bivens (Lynchburg) for a 6-2 win.
Freshman
Emerson Rice (Columbia, SC) led off singles action in the top slot with a 6-1, 6-0 win. Fogle followed him up in the second slot with a 6-1, 6-3 win and
Matt Kendrick took a 6-4, 6-0 win in the third slot. Bivens grabbed a 6-3, 6-1 win from the fourth singles slot, with
John Kendrick taking a 6-2, 6-1 win in the fifth slot. The final singles match saw Beaudoin take a 6-3, 6-0 win.
The Tigers will be back in action later today, March 12, when they take on the University of Saint Joseph (CT) at 3:30 p.m. in Orlando, Florida.
