Head Coach Caleb Kimbrough
H-SC is led by the fifth-year head coach who took over the program on April 4, 2019. The former head coach at Huntingdon (AL) College from 2016-19, Kimbrough is the 19th head coach in the 114-year history of the storied Hampden-Sydney program. He is no stranger to the ODAC, having played four years at Guilford (NC) College and coached six years with the Quakers, and one year at Washington and Lee. Kimbrough is 63-36 overall at the College, including 34-22 in ODAC games. The Generals are coached by seventh-year head coach Chris McHugh, assisted by Trey Livingston, the latter who served as an assistant coach at H-SC during 2021-22. W&L has been led by senior forwards Robert DiSibio, averaging an ODAC-best 24.0 points (33 3FGs) along with 7.7 rebounds, and Jack d'Entremont, averaging 18.1 points (third-best in the ODAC) and an ODAC-best 9.7 rebounds. The Generals shoot 45% (341-755) from the field, including 37% (102-279) on three-pointers (8.5 per game), and 74% (172-234) at the line; scoring 79.7 points, and yielding 75.0 points, for a +4.7 scoring margin.
Series History
H-SC leads the all-time series between the two schools, 80-56. W&L, however, has won seven of the last eight games in the series, including
96-86 last February 18, 2023 in Lexington. The Tigers won the first meeting last season,
92-76, on November 27, 2022 in Fleet Gym.

United States Basketball Writers Association (USBWA) Division III National Player of the Week and the
ODAC Player of the Week, while also named to the
D3hoops.com Team of the Week, for games played Dec. 18, 2023-Jan. 1, 2024. Hubbard averaged 21.5 points and 9.5 rebounds with five three-point field goals, four assists and three steals during two victories, including an 85-67 road win at nationally-ranked No. 1 John Carroll (OH), along with a 64-58 home win past Salisbury (MD). He scored a career-high and game-high 31 points (13-23 FGs, 3-9 3FGs, 2-2 FTs), adding a game-high nine rebounds, along with three assists and two steals during the road win at No. 1 John Carroll on Dec. 19 … and followed with a double-double of 12 points (5-10 FGs, 2-5 3FGs) and a game-high 10 rebounds, adding two steals, during the home win past Salisbury on Dec. 30.

Griff Aldrich '96 is in his sixth year at Longwood. Entering this season, Turner was 265-170 at UCI ... Odom was 141-85 overall, including 44-25 in two years at USU and 97-60 in five years at UMBC ... Aldrich was 88-72 at Longwood.
