Saint Blizzard III is in his fourth year at Hampden-Sydney College during 2025–26, promoted to Assistant Athletic Director on July 1, 2025. He previously served as Director of Compliance for three years from 2022-25.

In his new role, Blizzard will have sport oversight responsibilities for select sport programs and support the day-to-day operations of the athletic department. He will continue working closely with campus partners to enhance the student-athlete experience, while assisting with compliance, game operations and department-wide initiatives aligned with the College’s mission and values.

Prior to his role in collegiate athletics at H-SC, Blizzard served as a Reading Specialist and Physical Education Assistant at Strawbridge Elementary School in Virginia Beach from 2020 to 2022, where he provided reading support for students in grades K–5, collaborating with classroom teachers to develop individualized literacy plans. He also assisted the physical education department in designing engaging learning environments through movement and activity.
 
In the spring of 2021, Blizzard served as an Academic Support Intern at Norfolk State University, where he worked closely with student-athletes by monitoring academic progress and coordinating academic support services in partnership with learning specialists.
 
His additional experience includes working as a Child and Youth Program Assistant at Oceana Youth Center in Virginia Beach (2020) and as a Program Assistant for Student Involvement at Old Dominion University (2019). He also completed internships with the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Basketball Tournament, Tallwood High School, and the Old Dominion University Athletic Department.
 
Blizzard is a graduate of the 2024 NCAA Division III Institute for Administrative Advancement, a professional development program for administrators from underrepresented populations in Division III athletics. He has also completed several other professional development programs, including the NCAA Emerging Leaders Seminar and the Effective Facilitation Workshop. In addition, he is an active member of the Minority Opportunities Athletic Association (MOAA).
 
A native of Surry County, Virginia, Blizzard earned an Associate of Science degree in sport management from Richard Bland College of William & Mary in 2017, followed by a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Old Dominion University in 2019. He completed his Master of Science degree in sports administration from Liberty University in May 2025.
