Hampden-Sydney College

During his two seasons with the Eagles, Hogan served as an Offensive Assistant, Man Down Coordinator, and Recruiting Coordinator. He developed personnel scouting reports for offense and defense, led offensive scouting report meetings, worked with attackmen and offensive midfielders, and managed the recruiting efforts of the program.
 
Prior to Mary Washington, he served as an assistant coach at Ferrum College, which included a stint as the interim head coach. He served as an Offensive Assistant and then the Offensive Coordinator, served as Recruiting Coordinator, while assisting in strength and conditioning.
 
Hogan spent two years as the head lacrosse coach at Stafford High School in Stafford, Virginia, prior to getting into the college coaching ranks. He also spent time as the head lacrosse coach for the FXBG Lacrosse Club in Fredericksburg.
 
A native of Springfield, Hogan graduated from Mary Washington in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. He was a four-year member of the men’s lacrosse team, starting in 37 games, and tallied 80 career points. During his senior campaign, Hogan was second on the team in goals with 36 and points with 52.
