2013 SEASON

• Earned singles wins against Ferrum, Lynchburg, and Shenandoahas the #3 player along with a #4 flight win against Randolph
• Won at #1 doubles with Zach King against Guilford and notched aW at the #3 slot while pairing with Houston Wilson.

2012 SEASON

• Played immediately as a freshman
• Played at the #4, #5, and #6 singles flights, combining for a4-7 overall record while going 4-4 in ODAC matches
• Posted a 2-0 mark at #3 doubles
• Started off his season with a 4-1 record in singles play,earning wins against Emory & Henry, Randolph, Roanoke, andVirginia Wesleyan.

HIGH SCHOOL

• Played three years of tennis for Coach Ed Flynn at MyersPark
• Participated in the fifth and sixth singles flights and #3doubles
• Team captain
• Earned the Mustang Leadership Award
• Singles record of 11-2, doubles record of 8-3 in 2011
• Undefeated Conference Champions in 2010 and 2011
• Team made it to the NC4A Semi-finals in 2010 with a 15-1record
• NC4A Quarterfinals in 2009 (14-2) and 2010 (15-2)
• President and founder of the Ski and Snowboard Club
• Member of the Debate Team.

• Economics major with a Rhetoric minor
• Earned a Dean's Award Scholarship
• Member of Alpha Chi Sigma, Garnet and Grey Society, and the HSCBig Brothers Program
• Son of Patrick and Leslie Flanagan.

WHY DID I CHOOSE H-SC?

• "I loved the close-knit friendship ofthe student body and the brotherhood. I liked the remote locationand the beautiful campus. I also like the small class sizes and theprofessors who are always willing to help and take the time to getto know each student personally."
