HIGH SCHOOL

• Qualified all four years for the state swimming meet for bothswimming and diving
• All-State swimmer at Terry Sanford in Fayetteville, NC, beforehe moved to Palmyra, VA, and became an All-State swimmer atFluvanna County
• Team MVP for three seasons ... Fluvanna record holder in the 50free, 100 free, and 100 breast stroke.

• Biology major with a minor in Military Leadership and PublicService
• Son of Walter and Pauline Hartwell
• Has two brothers, Rhett and Justin
• Brother, Justin, was a two-year member of the Wheeling JesuitUniversity swimming team prior to enrolling in the United StatesAirforce
• Brother, Rhett, is enlisted in the United States Navy SpecialForces
• Member of the Virginia Army National Guard
• Vice President of the Hampden-Sydney Habitat Organization
• Member of the Wilson Leadership Program.
