Biography
HIGH SCHOOL
- Ran for four years on the cross country team, a two-year member of the swim team, and a three-year participant on the outdoor track and field squad
- The 2011 Atlee outdoor track and field team was the state champions
- Won several awards including West Point Leadership, Tuskegee Airman, and American Legion Military Excellence
PERSONAL
- Son of Campbell and Maria Harris
- Has one brother, Steven, and one sister, Stephanie
- A non-contracted Member of the Army ROTC
- Member for the Freshman Leadership Program and Honors Program
- Active member of UPLS.
WHY DID I CHOOSE H-SC?
- "I didn't choose the Hampden-Sydney life; the Hampden-Sydney life chose me. The administrators reached out to me with open arms, the students welcomed me as a brother, and the professors treated me with instruction along with papers, quizzes, and exams... but anyways, I love the atmosphere and the camaraderie that surrounds me. I took the concept of a 'Hampden-Sydney gentleman' to heart, and I use it to be a good man and good citizen."
