Included in the Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2018 is football All-American Vince Hardy '71, basketball star Chris Fox '00, four-time All-ODAC golfer Bob Boykin '08, and special citation Dave Wilson '63.

Vince Hardy was a three-year starter at offensive tackle for the Tiger football team, while helping the team to a 9-2 overall record as a senior in 1970 with an appearance in the Knute Rockne Bowl. That season, he earned First Team All-Mason-Dixon honors as well as being named to the All-Virginia Small College First Team. His junior season he was a Little College All-American while also earning First Team All-Mason-Dixon and All-Virginia Small College honors. |

Chris Fox was a four-year contributor on some of the best teams in Hampden-Sydney's storied basketball history, helping the Tigers to three ODAC Championships, three NCAA Tournament appearances, a National Championship game appearance in 1999, and an overall record of 99-18. He was a two-time All-ODAC honoree, earning First Team honors as a senior. That same year, while helping the Tigers to a perfect 24-0 regular season, he was named Second Team All-South Region. Upon graduation, he stood third all-time in career steals (207), fourth in assists (342), and 13th in scoring (1,273). Additionally, he was a three-time recipient of the Coaches' Award and the 2000 team Defensive Player of the Year. |

Bob Boykin had a strong golf career, earning First Team All-ODAC honors in each of his four seasons. Boykin made an immediate impact on the team, leading the Tigers as a freshman with a 76.7 stroke-per-round average. He had six top-20 finishes while winning medalist honors at the Longwood Invitational. He capped off his career as an All-Region honoree in 2007 while being selected as one of five individuals to participate in the NCAA Championship, finishing 30th overall. |

Dave Wilson has been an avid supporter of Hampden-Sydney athletics while helping garner successful engagement and interested in the athletic clubs. Serving as the president of the Roundball Club since its inception, Wilson created a blueprint that is used for every sport to help support the team's and the department. His dedication, time, and effort, have helped Hampden-Sydney athletics thrive. Additionally, Wilson has served on and chaired the Athletics Committee of the Board of Trustees. |
