Hampden-Sydney Defeats Ferrum 165-23, Falls To Roanoke 140-64 Freshman Woody Parsons/Virginia Beach swam season-bests in both the 400 Meter Free and the 800 Meter Free, while sophomore Zach Stephan/Hampton posted a season-best in the 800 Meter Free as Hampden-Sydney College defeated Ferrum College 165-23, but fell to Roanoke College 140-64 on Saturday at the Leggett Swimming Pool.
