2012 Third-Team All-ODAC, #1 Doubles
2011 Second-Team All-ODAC, #6 singles

2012: Moved up to #3 singles in his final season, posting a 5-5 overall and 4-3 ODAC singles record .... Teamed with Kevin Calhoun at #1 doubles, finishing with a 7-3 overall record and 5-2 in conference matches ... Had key singles wins against Roanoke and top doubles wins against #12 Methodist and Guilford.

2011: Stepped up as the primary #6 singles participant for the Tigers ... Finished the season with an 8-3 overall record, 6-3 at the sixth flight, along with an 11-4 record at #3 doubles ... Lost only six sets in 23 completed sets ... Every doubles victory came by at least four points, including an impressive 8-4 win at #3 doubles against ninth-ranked Salisbury University.

2010: Posted a 6-0 overall record, going 4-0 at singles and 2-0 in doubles ... Won 6-0, 6-0 at the #4 flight against Randolph-Macon and also breezed to two #5 and one #3 singles victory. Won his #2 doubles match 8-1 and a #1 doubles match 8-0.

Personal: The son of William and Milly Sammler ... Has two brothers, Will and Cory ... ODAC All-Academic and All-ODAC in 2009 and 2010 ... Recipient of the Presidential, Ridley Foundation, Elizabeth Long Mayes, and Brad Forehand Foundation Scholarships.
