Soccer to Host ID Camp on Feb. 24

The Hampden-Sydney College Soccer ID Camp is for high school boys who are in 9th through 12th grade.

The one-day camp will be held on Saturday, February 24 from 9 am to 4 pm on Miller Field. It costs $110 to attend and includes a camp t-shirt and player evaluation.

The purpose of the camp is to give players the opportunity to experience a college level training environment as well as gain exposure to our coaching staff and other college coaches. Included in the camp will be an informative talk about the college process and how to navigate it successfully.

"We're excited to host another ID Camp here at Hampden-Sydney," stated Head Coach Tommy DiNuzzo. "Our camp last fall was a huge success and we are looking to build on that this time around. Since we limit the size of our camp, each player gets the opportunity to work closely with our staff and the other college coaches that we bring in. Overall, it should be a great event, and we are looking forward to having a number of prospective student-athletes back on campus."
