The #7 ranked Cabrini University Cavaliers defeated Hampden-Sydney Lacrosse 15-6 on Wednesday afternoon.

THE BASICS

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Neither team was able to score through the first eight minutes, but Cabrini notched the first goal of the contest at 7:59 and then scored three more goals from the 5:52 mark to 5:09
  • Cabrini scored two more to go up 6-0 before a one-minute unreleasable penalty on the Cavaliers resulted in Jack Doetzer finding Duncan Morris for two man-up goals at 3:22 and 2:49
  • Cabrini added three more scores to end the quarter and outscored H-SC 6-4 in the last three quarters
