College: Made an instant impact as a freshman ... Played all 18 games along with three starts ... The top faceoff man on the team, Mostowy went 148-290 at the X and had a team-high 92 groundballs, which ranked him second in the ODAC ... Also contributed offensively with six goals and two assists for eight points.

High School: Played lacrosse and football at Alpharetta High School...Serving as captain, he earned high-school All-American and All-State honors in lacrosse at Alpharetta...Completed a post-graduate year at Trinity Pawling where he served as captain and earned 1st team All-New England honors for his midfield play on offense and at the face-off X.

Personal: Son of Ben Mostowy and Lynn Lopiano...Has three sisters, Tara, Leah, and Paige.
