    The Hampden-Sydney baseball team took a heartbreaking 4-3 elimination loss to second seeded Randolph-Macon in 11 innings in the second day of the 2014 ODAC Baseball Tournament. The Tigers exit the tournament at 27-15 on the season.

    The sixth seeded Hampden-Sydney Tigers took a 7-1 loss to top-seeded and 14th ranked nationally Shenandoah in the opening game of the 2014 ODAC Baseball Tournament. With the loss, the Tigers fall to 27-14 overall and will play in the Tournament’s first elimination game at 11:00 AM tomorrow.
  • Tigers Set to Face Hornets in ODAC Baseball Tournament

    The field has been set for the 2014 ODAC Baseball Tournament and the Tigers will join five other teams to round out the six team, double elimination tournament to take place from Thursday, April 24 to Sunday, April 27 at Lynchburg City Stadium in Lynchburg.
  • Tigers End Regular Season with 7-6 Win Over Greensboro

    The Hampden-Sydney baseball team tied a school record, winning its 27 game of the season, defeating Greensboro 7-6 in the Tigers’ regular season finale. The Tigers, standing at 27-13 overall and 10-10 in the ODAC, will enter the ODAC Tournament as the sixth seed and will face top-seeded Shenandoah at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 24 at Lynchburg City Stadium.
  • Tigers Improve Streak to Three, Sweep Wasps

    Hampden-Sydney baseball ended its ODAC slate on a strong note, taking decisions of 5-4 and 9-4 to sweep Emory and Henry to finish 10-10 in conference. The Tigers improve to 26-13 overall.
