A Message from Coach Prengaman
I would like to take this time to express my sincere appreciation
to everyone who has supported Hampden-Sydney Golf over the years.
Our program has a long and rich tradition at the College, and I am
very proud to be apart of it.
In 2010-11, the golf team had a very successful year, ending the
season ranked 27th in the nation. We plan on continuing to build
upon this success, and we certainly cannot do it without your
support.
The Hole-in-One Club funds are important and necessary for the annual golf operating budget. We rely on your support to provide golf shirts, bags, and balls for competition. Your support also helps to defray our travel costs as we look to compete in national tournaments in addition to our ODAC Tournaments to strengthen the team. In fact this season we have earned a spot in Golf Week's Division III Invitational in Sandestin, Florida.
We ask that your donation not be seen as an alternative to your Annual Fund gift, which supports general College needs. All donations to the Hole-in-One Club go directly to support the Hampden-Sydney golf program.
One of our goals is to make the NCAA Championships, and we would love for you to be apart of this special program.
